Tony Zarsadias* is a bottom-line-oriented condo investment expert with several years experience with commercial real estate investments, development sales, residential real estate, and owning and selling his own real estate. Tony has worked with national corporations, mid-sized investors, first time investors and homebuyers, and has owned multiple revenue properties himself. 


After receiving an undergraduate degree from Simon Fraser University, Tony raced road bicycles internationally on the Canadian National Team and the nation’s #1 cycling team, Symmetrics Pro Cycling. In 2004, Tony retired from professional cycling and shifted his dedication to real estate. Over the years, he has honed his ability to find the perfect properties to match the investment objectives of his clients. His expertise in the complex realm of commercial real estate has arguably made Tony the most knowledgeable condo investment realtor in Victoria.

Apart from his passion for helping people achieve their real estate dreams, Tony spends most of his time cheering on his wife, Erinne Willock, who is a Canadian Olympian (www.webcorcycling.com/2009/bios/willock.html).
