New Development

I get this question all the time. My quick answer is that any residential building 4 stories or less are 99% of the time wood frame. This has been due to the building code in Victoria. It has recently been changed so we will start seeing residential buildings being built up to 6 stories, so far this has not yet been done, but could in the near future. http://www.housing.gov.bc.ca/building/wood_frame/
