What does it mean to be an expert or a specialist in the condo market?

 

If you have any doubt, or you’re wondering if this is an undeserved title we’ve awarded ourselves I encourage you to consider the following:

In 2010 and 2011 we helped over 150 individuals, families & investors sell property. An overwhelming 86% of this business was strata titled properties. We helped over 100 purchasers, 73% of whom bought strata titled properties. We have strata documents for over 250 buildings in the Greater Victoria area and advertise to thousands of condos & apartments every month. We attend -as a group- every grand opening for condo developments that we can, and we go on weekly tours through newly listed condos and discuss the best listings, best deals, and best condo investments at our regular weekly meetings. We have a Condo Tour Bus! Heck, we even prepare trivia contests within our group to see if we can stump each other with our crazy condo knowledge.

There are 4 Realtors in the Victoria area that I would worry about competing with for your condo business… they’re the other 4 guys at The Condo Group! The Experts. Really.
